We don't just repair carbon — we manufacture it. We build custom parts for track cars in-house, which means when a splitter, diffuser, or hood comes in cracked, we can actually rebuild the layup instead of quoting you a $9,000 OEM replacement. No other shop in the valley does both.

  1. Call us before you call anyone else

    Tell us the year, make, model, what got hit, and who your insurer is. If it doesn't drive, we'll get a truck out to you — covered by your claim in most cases. Paying out of pocket? We'll quote the tow based on distance before we send anyone.

  2. We write the estimate

    Full teardown inspection so nothing hidden gets missed. Missed damage is how a repair turns into a second repair.

  3. We handle the adjuster

    Your insurer sends someone out, usually within 2–3 business days. We meet them, we argue the line items, we get it approved.

  4. You get updates, not silence

    You'll hear from us at every stage. Not once at the beginning and once when it's done.

In Nevada, you choose where your vehicle gets repaired. Not your insurance company.

Insurers will steer you toward their "preferred" network because those shops have agreed to their rates. That's a cost decision for them — it is not a legal requirement for you, and it is not about the quality of your repair.

What do I do right after an accident?
  1. Stay calm. If another driver is involved, exchange insurance information.
  2. Call us at (757) 636-9202. Have the year, make and model, what got hit, your insurance company, and your deductible if you know it.
  3. If it drives, bring it to us at 1241 American Pacific Dr, Ste 154.
  4. If it doesn't, we'll get a tow truck out to you.
  5. We inspect it, and you tell your insurer the car is at Vegas Customs Body Shop.
  6. Within 2–3 business days your insurer sends an adjuster to approve the repairs. We keep you posted the whole way through.

Will my insurance go up? Collision vs. comprehensive

Comprehensive covers things outside your control and generally will not raise your premium:

  • Windshield or glass damage
  • Hitting an animal
  • Storm damage — wind, hail, flood
  • Vandalism or theft (a police report may be required)

Collision covers hitting another vehicle or an object. Your premium may go up only if you're found more than 50% at fault. Your insurer assesses fault — and if you're found not at fault after paying your deductible, you get reimbursed.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes — all of them. We handle the claim directly with your adjuster, from the first estimate through final approval, so you're not the one on hold.

Paying out of pocket instead? We'll give you an upfront written estimate based on the actual damage.

Can I get a rental car while you have mine?

If your policy includes rental coverage, yes — and we'll help you set it up. We work with rental companies nearby and can usually get you into a car the same day you drop yours off.

What's the warranty?

Lifetime warranty on all paint and refinish work, for as long as you own the vehicle.

1 year / 10,000 miles on mechanical repairs.
